What is the formal qualification?
Academy Online Learning calls this route Access to Business Studies to make its subject focus clear. The formal award is the Access to Higher Education Diploma (Business). It is a 60-credit Level 3 qualification, made up of 45 graded Business credits and 15 ungraded credits.
Use the formal Diploma title when entering the qualification on UCAS or checking details with a university. The course-route name is useful for choosing your subject focus, but it is not a substitute for the published qualification title, grade profile and unit information that an admissions team may need to assess your application.

If a published page does not make a point clear, contact admissions with a focused question. Give the formal title Access to Higher Education Diploma (Business) and explain the planned Business unit themes, rather than relying solely on the phrase “Access to Business Studies”.

Most Access to HE students apply to university while completing the Diploma for entry in the following academic year. Unfinished qualifications and units are normally entered as pending on UCAS.
